1. The weight of the aluminum box is greatly reduced

Although the melting point of aluminum (660 ℃) is significantly lower than that of steel (1530 ℃), the fire resistance and arc resistance characteristics of the box are not only related to the melting point of the material, but also to the thermal conductivity of the material. Aluminum alloy materials have excellent thermal conductivity compared to steel, and their heat dissipation is better than steel.


3. Corrosion resistance
A dense oxide film is easily formed on the surface of aluminum alloy, which has good oxidation resistance in the atmosphere. Therefore, aluminum alloy has better corrosion resistance than steel boxes, especially in areas where the box is not easily coated. At the same time, the surface of aluminum alloy can be chemically colored, painted, and sprayed, greatly improving the corrosion resistance of aluminum components and making the box surface beautiful.


4. Easy to process, manufacture, and maintain
With the development and application of large hollow and complex cross-section aluminum profiles, aluminum welding technology is constantly improving, and the manufacturing technology of aluminum alloy aluminum boxes is becoming increasingly mature. The easy replacement of aluminum alloy parts, without the need for rust removal, is suitable for various surface treatments, easy maintenance, and can also be recycled, greatly simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing the workload required for manufacturing compared to steel boxes.


5. Moderate price
The high price of aluminum materials increases the manufacturing cost of aluminum boxes, but due to the lightweight of aluminum alloys, the transportation capacity and energy consumption of aluminum boxes increase, and the maintenance cost decreases. The use of aluminum alloy aluminum boxes is economically reasonable, and the final cost is moderate.
